(License No. L-ZJ32739). By accessing our Website or booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Part A: Website Use 1. Acceptance of Terms By using this Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website. 2. Intellectual Property All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, itineraries, design elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to Your Way Holiday and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may: •View, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use. •Share links to our pages on social media. You may not: •Republish, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. •Use data mining, scraping, or similar tools to extract content from this Website. •Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. 3. Acceptable Use You agree not to: •Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. •Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code. •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks. •Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam). •Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity. 4. Part B: Travel Booking 5. Booking and Confirmation •Itinerary design: Our travel designers create personalized itineraries based on your requirements at no charge. An itinerary is not a confirmed booking until a deposit is received. •Booking confirmation: Your trip is confirmed when we receive your deposit and issue a written booking confirmation. •Accuracy of information: You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (passport information, dates of birth, dietary requirements, health conditions). We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information you provide. 6. Payment 6.1 Deposit A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation and is typically 20–40% of the total trip cost. 6.2 Final Payment Full payment is due no later than 30 days before your departure date (or as specified in your booking confirmation). If full payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. 6.3 Payment Methods We accept: •Credit/debit cards via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) •Credit/debit cards via Stripe •Bank wire transfer (details provided upon booking confirmation) All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed. Bank transfer fees are borne by the sender. 6.4 Price Guarantee Prices quoted in your itinerary are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. After that, prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate increases, or seasonal adjustments. Confirmed bookings are not subject to price increases.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy 7.1 Cancellation by You Cancellation terms vary by product type. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy that applies to your trip. (A) Instant-Booking Products Certain products on our Website are marked with a "24-Hour Free Cancellation" badge. For these products: •You may cancel within 24 hours of booking at no charge and receive a full refund. •After the 24-hour window, the standard cancellation schedule below applies unless otherwise specified on the product page. (B) Group Tours For scheduled group tour departures, the following refund schedule applies from the date we receive your written cancellation notice: Days Before Departure Refund 30+ days Full refund (minus non-refundable deposits paid to third-party suppliers) 15–29 days 70% refund 8–14 days 50% refund 0–7 days No refund After departure No refund

(C) Tailor-Made / Tailored Tours For privately customized itineraries, the following refund schedule applies from the date we receive your written cancellation notice: Days Before Departure Refund 30+ days Full refund (minus non-refundable deposits paid to third-party suppliers) 15–29 days 70% refund 8–14 days 50% refund 0–7 days No refund After departure No refund

Important Notes •Final policy confirmation: The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed by your travel designer before booking, taking into account the destination, travel season, and any peak-period surcharges (e.g., Chinese New Year, National Day Golden Week, Christmas/New Year). The confirmed policy stated in your booking confirmation shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with the general schedules above. •Third-party supplier terms: Certain services (cruise bookings, special hotel rates, domestic flights, third-party arrangements) may have stricter cancellation terms imposed by the supplier. These will be disclosed in your booking confirmation before payment. •Peak-season bookings: Trips scheduled during peak travel periods (Chinese New Year, National Day, Christmas/New Year, cherry blossom season in Japan) may be subject to adjusted cancellation terms as specified in your itinerary. 7.2 Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip in the following circumstances: •Force majeure: Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, government actions, or other events beyond our control. •Minimum numbers not met: For small group tours, if minimum participation is not reached (you will be notified at least 30 days before departure). •Safety concerns: If conditions make the trip unsafe for travelers. If we cancel before departure for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is due to force majeure, we will refund all amounts paid minus non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf. 7.3 Changes After Booking •Before final payment: You may request changes to your itinerary at no additional design fee. Supplier change fees (if any) will be passed through at cost. •After final payment: Change requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee per request, plus any supplier change costs.

8. What's Included and Excluded 8.1 Typically Included Unless otherwise stated in your itinerary, our tour prices include: •Private English-speaking guide (or other language as requested) •Private vehicle and driver •All entrance tickets and activity fees listed in the itinerary •Domestic transportation within the itinerary (high-speed trains, domestic flights) •Hotel accommodation as specified •Selected meals as listed in the itinerary 8.2 Typically Excluded Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include: •International flights to/from China or Japan •Travel insurance •Visa fees •Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, phone calls, tips) •Meals not specified in the itinerary •Optional activities not listed in the itinerary •Excess baggage charges All inclusions and exclusions are detailed in your confirmed itinerary.

9. Travel Documentation 9.1 Passports All travelers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the trip end date and sufficient blank pages for visas and entry stamps. 9.2 Visas Obtaining the correct visa is your responsibility. We provide: •A visa support letter with your confirmed itinerary for your visa application •Guidance on current visa requirements and visa-free policies We are not responsible for visa denials, delays, or entry refusals. If you are denied entry, no refund will be provided for unused trip components. 9.3 Special Permits Certain destinations (e.g., Tibet) require special travel permits. We will assist with permit applications, but approval is not guaranteed. If a permit is denied, we will adjust your itinerary and refund affected costs.

10. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance from their home country before departure, covering: •Medical expenses and emergency evacuation •Trip cancellation and interruption •Lost or delayed baggage •Personal liability Some of our tours include basic tourist accident insurance (coverage up to $30,000 per person). This is supplementary and does not replace comprehensive travel insurance. We may request a copy of your travel insurance policy before departure for certain adventure or high-altitude trips.

11. Health and Safety •Health requirements: You are responsible for checking health advisories, vaccination requirements, and fitness levels needed for your chosen itinerary. Certain activities (high-altitude trekking, adventure sports) may require a medical certificate. •Disclosure: You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, dietary restrictions, or allergies that may affect your trip before booking. •Minors: Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We may require written consent for unaccompanied minors on certain tours.

12. Liability and Limitations 12.1 Our Responsibility We act as your travel agent in arranging services provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, train operators, local guides, activity providers). These suppliers are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We are responsible for: •The reasonable selection and monitoring of suppliers •The accuracy of itinerary information at the time of publication •Providing the services described in your confirmed itinerary 12.2 Limitations of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: •Third-party failures: Delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service failures by airlines, hotels, trains, or other suppliers. •Force majeure: Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. •Personal injury or loss: Injury, illness, death, or loss of personal property during activities or while using third-party services — except where caused by our negligence. •Indirect losses: Loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings. •Pre-trip expenses: Costs incurred before the start of the trip (e.g., visa fees, international flights, insurance). 12.3 Exceptions Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: •Death or personal injury caused by our negligence •Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation •Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

13. Complaints and Claims If you experience issues during your trip: 1.During the trip: Notify your guide or travel designer immediately so we can address the issue on the spot. 2.After the trip: Submit a written claim (in English) within 30 days of trip completion, including supporting evidence (receipts, photos, medical reports). 3.Resolution: We will investigate and respond within 30 days of receiving your claim. Claims submitted after 30 days or without supporting evidence may not be processed.

14. Dispute Resolution •Friendly resolution: We will always attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation and good-faith consultation. •Mediation: If direct resolution fails within 60 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation. •Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for final and binding arbitration in accordance with its rules. The place of arbitration shall be Hangzhou, China. The language of arbitration shall be English. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Photography and Media During your trip, our guides may take photographs or videos that include you. These may be used for our website, social media, or marketing materials. •By booking a trip, you consent to the use of such photographs. •If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your guide at the start of the trip, and we will respect your wishes.

16. Website Disclaimer •Accuracy: While we strive to keep all information on our Website accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or availability of website content. •Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website. •Pricing: Prices displayed on the Website are indicative. Final prices are confirmed in your booking confirmation. •External links: Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

17. Modifications to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a website notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and your confirmed booking itinerary, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Way Holiday regarding our services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
