1. Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure with a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations between 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
3. Tour Changes
Your Way Holiday reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly, and equivalent alternatives will be arranged.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and baggage loss.
5. Liability
Your Way Holiday acts as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
