Fitness Requirement: Mount Huangshan involves walking on mountain trails, stairs, and uneven paths. A moderate level of fitness is required. Guests should assess their physical condition before booking, especially elderly travelers or those with medical conditions.
Suitable Travelers: This tour is not recommended for guests with serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or mobility issues, recent major surgery recovery, or other conditions that may affect mountain activities. Children and senior travelers are advised to travel with accompanying adults.
Hiking Preparation: Comfortable walking shoes, light backpacks, and weather-appropriate clothing are highly recommended. Large luggage should be stored at the foot of the mountain, as only essential personal items should be carried during the mountain visit.
Safety on the Mountain: Please follow designated trails, walk at your own pace, and avoid walking while taking photos. Extra caution is required near cliffs, steep areas, and during adverse weather conditions such as rain, storms, or icy conditions.

The Huangshan section involves mountain walking, stone steps and some uphill hiking, so a moderate level of fitness is recommended. Active seniors and children who are comfortable with walking can join, but travelers should consider their personal mobility and stamina before booking.

Huangshan and Hongcun are beautiful throughout the year, with different seasonal highlights. We recommend avoiding the rainy season around June, as wet mountain paths and stone steps may become slippery.
