⚠️ Important Notice

guide note

The West Peak of Mt. Hua reaches an altitude of 2,082.6 meters, which is considered a high-altitude area. Visitors with high blood pressure, heart disease, unstable medical conditions, or poor physical fitness are strongly advised not to visit. At this altitude, lower oxygen levels can increase the workload on the heart, potentially causing chest discomfort, angina, or other cardiovascular issues. The steep mountain paths after the cable car ride also require considerable physical effort, which may place additional strain on the heart and legs. Please note that the West Peak cable car involves a significant height difference and steep sections, which may cause discomfort for those with heart conditions or a fear of heights. If you still plan to visit, please consult your doctor in advance, carry necessary medication, and consider bringing portable oxygen. If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or dizziness during the visit, stop immediately and seek medical assistance.
