You take the high-speed train from Changchun to Changbai Mountain Station — the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Your guide meets you at the station and handles all transfers from there.
Tianchi is open most days, but weather conditions can occasionally close the summit road. If that happens, we adjust the itinerary to include extra time at the waterfall and forest areas.
Comfortable walking shoes are essential. The boardwalks can be uneven in places, and the summit area is often cooler and windier than the base — bring a light jacket even in summer.
Meals are not included, which gives you flexibility to choose what and where to eat. Your guide recommends authentic local restaurants near each attraction.
