Not at all. Both the rappelling and via ferrata are beginner-friendly with no prior experience required. Professional staff will provide a thorough safety briefing and equipment fitting before each activity—including harness, helmet, and gloves. The rappelling speed is controlled by the guide from above, so you can descend smoothly even on your first try.
Wear comfortable athletic wear or hiking pants—bright colors look best for photos. Closed-toe shoes with good grip are strongly recommended (the cave floor is damp and some photo spots can be slippery). Avoid skirts, flip-flops, or sandals. Bring a small backpack for water—there are no shops inside or near the cave.
Yes, the hotpot offers a variety of fresh ingredients including vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and noodles. Both spicy and mild broth options are available. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking, and your guide will arrange suitable ingredients for you.
Participants should be in reasonable physical condition and comfortable with heights. The rappelling and via ferrata equipment has a weight limit of approximately 180 lbs (80 kg)—please check with us if you have concerns. Children should be at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women and those with serious heart conditions or mobility limitations should not participate.
The drive takes about 1.5 hours each way through winding mountain roads—we recommend booking our private transfer. Please note that there are no restaurants or shops inside the cave or near the entrance. Meals are not included, so we recommend having a good breakfast before departure and bringing snacks with you.
